Job summary

Class 2 Driver – Ilkeston

Join and apply for the Class 2 Driver role at East Indonesia Union Confrence of Seventh-day Adventist Church (UKIKT).

HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work with our client based in Ilkeston. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Role

• Making goods deliveries and multidrop.
• Work is multidrop between 3-10 drops per day.
• Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order.
• Completing HGV vehicle checks.
• Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck.
• Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available).
• Starting around 07:00 am daily – shifts between 8–12 hours.

Requirements

• Class 2 licence entitlement.
• A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card.
• Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

£15.50 – £20.00 per hour (Monday to Friday). Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent.
