Clinical Assessor (WCA)
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £40,000–£42,000(rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
Nurses | OTs | Physios
Full Time Only – Hybrid

What is the role?

You will be working as a clinical assessor completing WCA assessments with claimants.
Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments
Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse, OT or Physio
  • Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
  • NMC/HCPC registered

  • Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
  • Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
  • Experience working with complex health conditions
