Pay: £14.18 per hour

Shifts: Waking Nights – 2230 – 0730 Twice weekly

Leave: 28 days annual leave

Your Role:

As a skilled Children's Support Worker you’ll deliver compassionate, clinical care to a young child with complex needs in their home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Airway management (basic & advanced techniques)
  • PEG feeding (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
  • Managing seizures and dystonia
  • Administering medication
  • Providing personal care
  • Supporting social and recreational engagement
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in care (children or adults) or a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs
  • Willingness to learn clinical skills such as medication administration, PEG feeding, and seizure/dystonia management with full training and ongoing support provided
  • A warm, caring, and bubbly personality with a calm and reassuring approach
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and delivering person‑centred care
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude to learning
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to remote client locations
