Children's Service - Recruitment and Retention

The supplier will provide client partner and campaign manager support services to help the council attract permanent social work staff as well as understand why they stay and/or leave, thereby reducing agency costs and stabilising the workforce. This contract is crucial to our service, supporting the Children’s Services Improvement plan around key performance indicators in recruitment and retention. We need to continue to recruit high‑calibre social worker professionals to our Children’s Services, reducing our agency establishment costs and providing increased workforce stability.
