Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is a dynamic Multi-Academy Trust formed in September 2024 through the partnership of Connect Schools Academy Trust and Compass Academy Trust. Operating ten high-performing schools across Bromley and Kent, the Trust fosters a shared vision and core values while preserving the unique identity of individual schools. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in West Wickham. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee financial planning, reporting, and management to ensure the Trust's financial health and sustainability. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting financial analysis for strategic decision‑making, and leading the finance team. The CFO will collaborate with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and support the Trust's commitment to delivering the best possible educational outcomes. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for financial improvement and growth.
