CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

part-time 4 days per week (0.8 FTE)

£60k pa (1 FTE)

Aims of the role

1. To lead LWPT through ongoing development of the organisation in coordination with both staff and trustees
2. To maintain a clear strategic plan for the organisation that allows the organisation to stay focussed on what we plan to do to the benefit of both beneficiaries and supporters.
3. Maintain a healthy focus on income and expenditure to ensure that LWPT can meet the needs of all stakeholders

LWPT (The Leaders of Worship and Preachers Trust) is looking for someone with leadership experience in the UK charity world and a good knowledge of the UK Christian communities. A personal commitment to the development of the next generation of Christian Bible teachers in UK churches is essential.

Location: You can be based anywhere in the UK, but you must be willing to travel to our Watford office twice a month when needed. You must have a good home office with reliable online access.
