Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents' needs.
  • Manage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Engage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager).
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with email systems, Microsoft Office, and other similar programmes.
  • Excellent team management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable).
  • A caring and compassionate approach to food service.
Our Ideal Chef Manager Will
  • Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Have a minimum of two years of catering experience.
  • Have experience managing teams in a similar role.
  • Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2.
