We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a high-volume staff dining operation in a flagship tech environment.

Chefs will rotate across on-site kitchens, including a flagship café serving 1,000–2,000 covers daily, so flexibility is key. You’ll run your own section, delivering high-quality food for busy breakfast and lunch services, and managing service independently when required.

This is a Monday–Friday role (7:00am–3:30pm) offering excellent work–life balance.

What you’ll be doing
  • Running your own kitchen section
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality hot and cold food for breakfast and lunch services
  • Managing service independently when required
  • Rotating across multiple kitchens depending on business needs
  • Communicating directly with customers in an open‑kitchen environment
  • Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
  • Supporting the wider chef brigade and adapting in a high‑volume setting
Who we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working at Chef de Partie or strong Demi/CDP level
  • Strong all‑round kitchen knowledge, covering both hot and cold sections
  • Confident running service independently when required
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced food operation
  • Clear communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
  • Flexible and open to rotating across multiple kitchen locations on site
  • Backgrounds from contract catering, staff dining cosmetics, or restaurant kitchens are all welcome
