A local hospitality business in Chichester seeks a passionate Chef De Partie to join their team. You will help maintain high service levels and create dishes from locally sourced organic produce. Ideal candidates will have previous kitchen experience, a love for food, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Training opportunities in butchery and dairy processing are available.

As our Chef De Partie you’ll help to maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds customer expectations, using your creativity to develop and deliver exciting dishes, from the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses fresh from our very own Goodwood Home Farm.
We offer nose to tail dining in our 2 AA Rosette rated restaurant and have been awarded with the Sustainable Food Philosophy Seal from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. You’ll even receive training and development opportunities within our in-house butchery, dairy processing and cheese-making facilities.
You’ll be part of a strong team, where you will gain a true understanding of our exciting brand and share our deeply rooted passion for high quality food.

Oh, and Chef whites and staff meals when on shift.
