After a hugely successful 2025 season, we are looking to expand our culinary team and are searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our high-quality kitchen team from spring 2026.

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes for our Members and Guests.
  • Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
  • Working with the finest Scottish ingredients using both classic and modern cooking techniques.
  • Playing a crucial role in ensuring our Kitchen operation runs smoothly.
  • Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items and the service.
  • Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times.
