Are you newly qualified or established in your career and fancy a change? We are currently looking for a Chef to join our Catering Team at the Practice Plus Hospital Birmingham, and we want to hear from you!
Working 37.5 hours a week, the role is to assist the Head Chef with the management, development and delivery of all aspects of the catering service within the Hospital.
Ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food complies with the behavi your standards and that costs are controlled within budget whilst maximising the customer experience through the production of interesting and creative menus.
This is not your typical hospital food. We pride ourselves on creating fresh and delicious food for our patients and staff, and have کرنے دو< and excited meals!
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding and can ensure that systems are in place so that all staff are aware and can work in accordance with legislation and Company policies pertaining to Health and Safety, COSHH and infection control. You'll have great interpersonal skills and will be able to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef, planning and organising to provide an efficient service.
