A property management firm in Glasgow seeks a Chartered Surveyor to manage and enhance its investment property portfolio. (incremental increase at six months and 1st April thereafter to top of grade)
ENTITLEMENTS: 26 days annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays, pension with Strathclyde Pension Fund
The Chartered Surveyor (Property Management) will support the Assistant Property & Contracts (P&C) Manger in the management and enhancement of the investment property portfolio. Managing a portfolio of assets ensuring all lease obligations are met.
