An esteemed college in Cambridge is seeking a full-time Senior Butler. This role requires expertise in food service and the ability to manage a small team while ensuring high standards of customer care. The successful candidate will work approximately 80 hours per fortnight, including evenings and weekends, with a salary range of £29,598 - £31,410 per year, plus benefits. This position also includes holiday entitlement, parking, and meals while on duty.

Senior Butler
£29,598 - £31,410 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking to recruit a full-time person for the exciting post of Senior Butler to join the existing team.
The role will require the successful candidate to be competent in a variety of styles of food service, adopting a practical hands-on approach whilst displaying the ability to manage a small team of staff in an effective and productive manner in order to ensure high standards of customer care and service are met and maintained.
The successful candidate will have a meticulous, practical ‘hands on’ approach whilst also being able to organise and direct other service staff in an effective and productive manner.
Normal hours of work will be on average 80 hours per fortnight (including meal breaks) worked over a shift system that includes some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working.
