Join us as a Channel Account Executive and represent the renowned brand SKE. You'll work with grocery, fuel forecourts, and major cash & carries, achieving targets in distribution, availability, merchandising, brand advocacy, and call coverage. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing tasks and achieving related targets as needed.

Overview

Location: United Kingdom (office/remote options may apply). This role involves managing relationships with key accounts and driving growth within the designated channel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned territory and build the professional image of the brand.
  • Accurately record performance data and proactively share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve core brand distribution issues, including product availability and out-of-stock situations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the designated channel, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Maintain call coverage to ensure effective customer engagement and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Promote the brand’s values and positioning through targeted marketing initiatives and engagements.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management; exposure to the tobacco / vapes / FMCG industry is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
  • Results-driven with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to compile information from different channels and deliver in-depth reports to management.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; car allowance and mileage compensation provided.
