Responsibilities

• Deliver the Change Management Procedure for the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain Change Management Procedure documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from across the Bank for new product proposals.
• Act as product business partner to risk and control teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Provide reporting to governance committees.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and risk indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement of the governance framework.
