The successful candidate will be responsible for certification creation, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. EnerMech have an opportunity for a Certification Coordinator to join our Aberdeen office on a permanent basis. This role is to join our centralised Equipment Mobilisation/Demobilisation team. Reporting to the Certification Team Lead you will be responsible for the certification creation and compilation. Other main duties and responsibilities will include;
To be successful for this position it is essential you hold previous experience within a certification role, ideally knowledge of equipment & rigging certification compliance requirements and are proficient on all Microsoft Office packages. Previous Knowledge or experience of tools, plant and equipment is preferred although not essential. Previous experience with ERP systems such as (NAV/SAP) would be advantageous. Due to the fast paced nature of this role, it is essential you have a proven track record of working to tight deadlines and are comfortable working under pressure.
