A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Junior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to support health & safety services across various projects. Ideal applicants will have NEBOSH Construction qualifications, experience with CDM regulations, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with various CDM regulations associated documentation.
• Worked in the property & construction sector in the last 24 months in a H&S capacity.
• Professional membership to IOSH and APS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Offer a variety of health & safety services to clients.
• Manage the H&S file and review construction plans.
• Attend design team and client meetings to advise on risk.

Skills

Good knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations

Excellent communication skills
