A healthcare provider is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to work remotely from home and manage various occupational health services, including case and sickness absence management. This role offers a salary of £47,000 per annum with extensive benefits such as 37 days of annual leave and a health cash plan. Ideal candidates will be Registered Nurses with occupational health qualifications and strong communication skills.
Package Details: £47,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 22.5 – 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday – Flexible Working Hours)
Location: 3 days a week Swindon/remote other days
Maximum of 6 cases per day
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Home Based Occupational Health Advisor. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Home Based Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.
You will work remotely from home providing the following services to a mixture of private & public sector contracts:
