You will draw upon your experience as a Chef and utilise industry knowledge to foster a resident centred environment that ensures all services provided to residents, family and friends supports our model of care.* Oversee daily operations of catering and housekeeping services in aged care facilities.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.* Develop and implement nutritious meal plans tailored to residents' dietary needs.* Manage a team of kitchen and housekeeping staff, providing training and support.* Coordinate with healthcare professionals to accommodate residents' dietary restrictions.* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the facility.* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed for both catering and housekeeping.* Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality service and facilities.* Implement cost-control measures to optimize budget and resources.* Foster a positive environment for residents through engaging meal services and activities.**What you’ll bring**You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
