What Will You Do as Carer
  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the individual needs of clients in their own homes.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive overall impression for clients and their families.
  • Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
  • Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to stimulate and encourage clients.
  • Assist with errands and accompanying clients to appointments or outings as required.
Skills and Experience Required
Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential – full training and professional development are provided.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, able to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • A strong overall impression of care, compassion, and respect in every interaction.
  • Dedication, empathy, integrity, and professionalism are essential personal traits for this role.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, to best support our clients’ needs.
