Job summary

A community support organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Carers Digital Inclusion Worker to support carers in using online services effectively. This part-time position (28 hours per week) involves travel within Bradford District to teach digital skills. Serving the people of Bradford, Harrogate, Selby and Craven Districts

All offices will be closed from 1pm on Christmas Eve until 8.30am on Friday 2nd January, however, all our services can be accessed by phone on our usual working days, excluding Bank Holidays throughout the Christmas period.

Carers Digital Inclusion Worker

28 hours per week (12-month contract from start date)

Based in the Shipley office with extensive travel around Bradford District

The Carers Digital Inclusion Worker will teach and support digitally excluded carers to get them using online services confidently and safely. You will support carers both in group settings and one to one to develop the skills they need to allow them to utilise online tools to lead a more independent and empowered life.

You must drive and have access to own vehicle, or have the ability to travel around Bradford District as required for the role.

Salary scale quoted for 37 hours per week.

New appointments are normally made to the bottom of scale.
