⭐ Care Assistant – Welcome & Onboarding Team

Brand new specialist role supporting new customers

Location: Gt. Yarmouth & Northern Villages, with occasional needs to work in other areas of the business
Pay: £14.50 weekdays / £15.50 weekends + mileage

We’re creating a brand-new Welcome & Onboarding Team — a small group of experienced, caring people who make sure new customers have the best possible start with our service.

If you love building trust, giving people confidence, and making those first days feel smooth and positive, this role is for you.

Your working pattern

We’re looking for people who can commit to:

  • Morning runs
  • Evening runs
  • Work every other weekend
  • Travel in your own car (full driving licence required)

Hours can be flexible within these blocks.

  • Ensure preferences and routines are set correctly from day one

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Experience in care or support roles
  • A caring, calm, reliable approach
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Great communication skills
  • Comfort working independently

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2 or higher
  • Experience with reablement, onboarding, or transitions
