Qualifications

  • Relevant Catering Qualification is desirable.
  • Must have knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
  • Experience in a similar role is required.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking.
  • Serve food and beverages to residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain storage procedures and stock rotation.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, equipment, and furniture.
  • Ensure kitchen compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with dietitians regarding meals.
