We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing Haringey branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape service delivery and support a dynamic care team in providing excellent care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong commitment to person-centred care.

Role Overview

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of domiciliary care operations. You will ensure that all service users receive high-quality, timely, and personalised care through effective scheduling, supervision, and communication with care staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept care packages and allocate care workers appropriately based on skills and availability.
  • Produce and manage care worker rotas efficiently to ensure coverage and continuity of care.
  • Ensure all care plans, risk assessments, and client files are accurate and complete.
  • Use electronic monitoring systems to track care delivery and punctuality.
  • Conduct regular service user reviews and quality assurance visits.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Support recruitment, induction, and supervision of care workers.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure care delivery standards are consistently high across the branch.
  • Attend training, staff meetings, and represent the company in local authority discussions when required.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum one year’s experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care setting.
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (QCF) or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with Care Planner or other care management software (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a care worker (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (mandatory).
