Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

We’re seeking a Care Coordinator to join a respected care provider in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, proactive and passionate about supporting clients and clinicians. The role will be office-based for the first six months, with the potential to move into a hybrid arrangement.
