Salary: Up to £28,000 per year plus on-call payments

Are you an enthusiastic and energetic Care Coordinator with hands-on experience in domiciliary care? About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our field teams and the office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling Care Visits (40% of role): Efficiently organise care worker rotas to ensure seamless service delivery to customers
• Field Support (20% of role): Assist the field care supervisors and care manager with new care assessments and quality monitoring to uphold our high standards.
• Business Development (20% of role): Promote the company within the community by attending local events and organising business development opportunities with the management
• HR Support (20% of role): Collaborate with the Care Manager on care workers' supervisions, spot checks, and one-to-one meetings to nurture their team.

You'll be present in the office most days, but expect to be out in the field, engaging with the team and community.

Mandatory:
