Job description

We are looking to recruit a Senior Support Assistant (SSA) to our Team. The role of being a SSA is an important role within Fraser Home Care & the social care industry. In this pivotal role, you'll help uphold the high standards of care and dignity that define our service.

Full time hours | Rotational shifts | £13.75 - £1425 per hour

What the role involves
  • Provide consistent, dependable care across scheduled shifts, stepping into team lead responsibilities when needed
  • Support and guide new team members through mentoring and informal training
  • Communicate with clarity, focus, and empathy to ensure client needs are met
  • Promote dignity and respect in every interaction with clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with other professionals to support individual care needs and accurately update care plans

  • SSSC Registration
Essential Requirements:
  • Care experience
  • SVQ Level 2.
  • Full, valid driving licence and car insured for business use
