About the role

As a Day Care Assistant, you'll:

• Provide kind, person‑centred personal care
• Offer support and companionship throughout the day
• Assist during mealtimes
• Encourage residents to join in meaningful and stimulating activities

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll:

• Provide personal care and reassurance during the night
• Support residents to settle to bed and feel comfortable
• Carry out regular checks and record any concerns
• Help prepare the home for the day ahead

You’ll be fully supported with training, guidance, and ongoing development. In return, we ask that you bring a genuine desire to care, empathy for our elderly residents, and an interest in developing your skills within this rewarding field.
