We are searching for a caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to the local people of Falkirk, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well‑being and quality of life of each individual under your care.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – being a friendly face & preventing loneliness
• Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene
• Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels
