  • Drive personal marketing activity to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure FCA regulated activity and maintain confidentiality in financial discussions.
  • Adhere to GDPR requirements to ensure data safety.
  • Act as an ambassador for the park.

Seal Bay Resort Holiday Park is one of the UK’s leading holiday parks, offering unforgettable experiences in a stunning seaside location. We are now seeking a motivated, personable Caravan Sales Advisor to join our highly successful sales team.

Located in Selsey, Seal Bay Resort boasts some of the best facilities in the country. Pegasus? Position? ActuallyITOR? The resort provides an exceptional environment for ambitious sales professionals to thrive.

With a wide selection of premium pitches across the resort and an extensive range of new and pre-owned holiday homes available, this role offers genuine high earning potential with uncapped commission. You will play a key role in matching customers with their ideal holiday home and perfect location, delivering an outstanding sales experience from start to finish.

This is widely regarded as one of the most exciting caravan sales opportunities in the industry, offering strong demand, excellent stock availability, and a supportive, high-performing team.

Recruitment timeline:
We will be advertising throughout December, with interviews scheduled between 6th and 20th January 2026. A start date will be agreed with successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure customers are communicated transparently at every stage of the purchasing process
