A leading educational institution in London seeks a Campus Hub Officer to provide outstanding student support and coordinate events. The role requires excellent communication skills and experience in customer service within a higher education environment. Responsibilities include assisting student enrollment, managing enquiries, and promoting campus activities. This is a full-time position with a salary of £27,000, offering 30 days of annual leave and various staff benefits.
Join our London Bloomsbury campus team as a Campus Hub Officer – where great service meets student life!
Our Campus Hub Officers are responsible for delivering a welcoming and supportive student service through the Campus Hub, whilst coordinating events and activities that enhance the student experience and connect students with the university community.
The successful candidates will be contributing to the efficient running of the campus by working with the wider operational teams within the University to ensure that a first-class service is provided to all customers
The positions are permanent, full time and based at our London Bloomsbury Campus 5 days per week, 10am to 6pm.
Please note: This is an on-campus role, with no opportunity of hybrid/remote working. There may be occasional weekend work (max one weekend per two months).
