A leading talent acquisition firm is seeking a Campaign Executive in Newbury to support the management of various recruitment campaigns. You will work closely with the Client Partner, providing reports and coaching candidates through assessment centres. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. This role offers a salary of £26,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, with the possibility of hybrid working after training.

Here’s a bit about the opportunity…
As a Campaign Executive, you’ll be supporting the Client Partner in the management of a number of campaigns, working with clients such as Virgin Media O2, Network Rail and Morrisons. You’ll play a critical role in the success of campaign delivery and ensuring talent pipelines are filled. Day-to-day you could find yourself responsible for:

You should be self-motivated with a positive approach and have a real passion for providing a great experience to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
