What you will enjoy doing
  • You will be responsible for analysing national performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across Packaged Gas Products operations
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels to implement strategic initiatives and share knowledge with global productivity teams
  • You will lead and manage key projects that deliver operational efficiency and cost savings aligned with business priorities
  • As well as introducing and replicating best practices across production branches to achieve year‑on‑year productivity gains
  • You will deliver productivity training and workshops to embed a culture of continuous improvement and digitalisation
  • This role will apply Six Sigma methodology to solve complex problems and quantify results for sustainable performance
What makes you great
  • You will have 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Working with Six Sigma and Lean tools to apply continuous improvement methodologies effectively
  • You will demonstrate strong project management skills with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
  • As well as managing cost centres and budgets with practical knowledge of SAP systems
  • You will be competent in PC operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Business Objects
  • This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
