We’re looking for a proactive and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Division at UK Greetings.

The role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the UK’s independent retail and garden centre market – combining national reach with hands‑on, relationship‑led selling.

You’ll lead a small regional team, develop commercial opportunities and represent a brand that’s synonymous with quality, creativity and reliability.

What you’ll do
  • Identify and win new business with independent retailers, garden centres and multi‑site groups.
  • Present high‑impact proposals to retail buyers and decision‑makers.
