We are transforming our business with ambitious growth plans. This is a key ‘front line’ role critical to achieving our growth goals, expand our customer base, and deepen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively visit independent retailers to introduce our products and secure sales.
- Identify new business/sales opportunities and build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate product ranges effectively, addressing retailer needs and objections.
- Negotiate pricing, order volumes, and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop long–term relationships with retailers, ensuring repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Regularly check in with existing customers to support their needs and encourage reorders.
- Gather feedback from retailers and relay insights on new and existing products.
- Proactively maintain and update our CRM system.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales or B2B sales ideally within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.
- Confident communicator, able to build rapport quickly.
- Self–motivated and target–driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients (valid UK driving licence required).
- Experience selling to independent retailers or wholesalers.
- Familiarity with CRM software to track leads and sales performance.
