About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities on behalf of the ICT department. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and partners to define requirements, improve business processes, and enable delivery of measurable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis on ICT and transformation projects
  • Elicit and document business, functional and technical requirements
  • Produce business cases and support investment decisions
  • Analyse and redesign business processes to improve services
  • Work closely with technical teams
  • Support solution testing and user acceptance
  • Define and support benefits realisation plans
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders
About You
You will have:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an ICT environment
  • Strong knowledge of the business analysis lifecycle
  • Proven experience delivering business change and process improvement
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills
Desirable
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Business Analysis qualifications (e.g. BCS / ISEB)
  • PRINCE2 or Agile certification
  • Experience in public‑sector or complex multi‑partner environments
