A housing organization is seeking a dedicated Building Surveyor for a permanent position based in Port Talbot, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising on technical matters regarding the property portfolio and producing comprehensive survey reports. This role is permanent with a starting salary of £38,656 per annum, rising to £41,777 per annum after key competencies of the role are met.
