A growing food production company in Bristol is seeking a temporary afternoon Supervisor for a 10-week contract. This role involves leading teams in the High Risk and Despatch areas to ensure the operation meets production targets and quality standards. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of food safety processes. We’re looking for a temporary afternoon Supervisor to join our team on a 10-week contract, starting ASAP.
You will be responsible for leading teams in the High Risk and Despatch areas to produce our outstanding quality pies, ensuring compliance with standards and policies while always pursuing and promoting continuous improvement.
We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor who is willing to get stuck in for this 10-week contract with the ability to start by Monday 19th January and work afternoon shifts (12-9pm, 1-10pm)
