• Experience in PBSA/ University Accommodation Sector/ hospitality/ BTR.
• Able to respond to student needs effectively.
• Experience in managing teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration, housekeeping, maintenance and security teams.
• Provide customer support and pastoral care.
• Ensure financial administration procedures are followed.
• Recruit and train new staff members.
