Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview

We are looking for a Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist to join us for a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role is ideal for a highly capable, hands‑on marketer with expertise across digital channels, social media, content distribution, reporting, and campaign optimisation. You will be responsible for delivering impactful digital and brand‑led marketing activity with a high degree of autonomy, working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager but without requiring day‑to‑day supervision.

This FTC presents the opportunityto embed best practices, elevate Fresh’s digital presence, and leave behind repeatable processes that strengthen the team long after the contract ends. Additionally, is an opportunity to learn and increase skills in a busy market place that is currently leading into AI for employee digital experience.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is between £50,000 and £55,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Lead Fresh’s day‑to‑day digital marketing execution across social, email, website, and campaign channels.
  • Build and deliver multi‑channel campaigns aligned to Fresh’s narrative, persona strategy, product roadmap and partner needs.
  • Develop and optimise social media calendars, tone, and asset formats to increase engagement and reach.
  • Work with internal digital specialists and/or agencies to run paid campaigns (if required), reporting clearly on performance and ROI.
  • Translate brand‑level ideas into compelling digital executions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach, repurpose content, and strengthen campaign flow.
  • Optimise campaigns through testing, analytics, and continuous improvements.

  • Collaborate with agencies on video, design and content creation, ensuring assets land strongly in digital channels.
  • Support event promotion across digital channels and manage post‑event nurture including emails, social posts and follow‑up workflows.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience in digital marketing campaign execution (SaaS or B2B technology preferred).
  • Strong hands‑on capability across social media, campaign orchestration, email, analytics and content distribution.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, prioritising workload, and delivering without heavy oversight.
  • Confident analysing data and identifying actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication and an eye for strong, compelling creative.
  • Comfortable working at pace and adapting quickly to new narratives and product propositions.
Desirable

These criteria would be beneficial but are not essential to apply.

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working with channel partners or distributed sales models.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or digital workplace technologies.
