A leading building materials supplier in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Manager to ensure excellent customer service and team performance. In this role, you will motivate your team, manage stock effectively, and maintain high operating standards. If you have experience in managing teams and a passion for customer satisfaction, this position offers significant opportunities for growth and development. Your role, as a Branch Manager, will be to ensureyour customers receive a brilliant service when using your branch. You will need to not only manage but also motivate your team to ensure that they are able to help meet branch targets. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to build on sales and profits, whilst also generating new customers. You will also need to make sure that the branch is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to make sure it is a safe place to work.
