An educational charity in Edinburgh seeks a box office manager to ensure a smooth ticketing experience for events and lead the box office team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth ticketing experience for our diverse range of events, providing outstanding customer service, and efficiently managing financial transactions.
You will be responsible for leading the box office team, overseeing operations during both pre-festival and festival periods, and ensuring effective management of booking lines and in-person sales and managing all customer ticketing enquiries from the website. You'll collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to implement and maintain our ticketing system, address customer service concerns, and oversee the box office sales team (approximately 3 people).
