This role involves leading and motivating a team to maintain high standards of care, ensuring donor safety, and managing operational responsibilities effectively. The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse, ideally with experience in change management and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role includes flexible working hours, with no Bank Holidays required, and offers a range of benefits including annual leave and NHS pension.

Qualifications

Education

Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
