Key Responsibilities
  • Handling all technical responsibilities for our 1st-party and 3rd‑party Coverholders’ Facilities, including some run‑off business.
  • Being the main contact for coverholders’ handling and assisting with any queries they may have.
  • Onboarding new coverholders when required.
  • Other related duties such as checking in‑house documents and reports.
  • Keeping up to date with market initiatives.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of our own and third‑party Coverholders’ Binding authorities and Lineslips.
  • Building relationships with existing Coverholders and stakeholders.
  • Coaching new/existing coverholders through monthly procedures and insurance documentation production.
  • Checking Facilities Business Agreements and Endorsements prior to submission to Underwriters for agreement.
  • Checking and monitoring aggregate reporting. Point of contact for any Underwriters questions on these.
  • Managing workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Assisting with Binders & Facilities meetings and tracking action points.
  • Creating and maintaining wordings and endorsements templates.
  • Undertaking any other responsibilities that may become necessary for the proper performance of the role.
Your Skills & Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Binding Authority and Lineslip Agreements, wordings, and endorsements.
  • Experience with Global XB.
  • Experience with Whitespace.
  • Keep up to date with market changes.
  • Intermediate+ Excel skills (such as pivot tables).
  • Adequate knowledge and experience using IMR/ Tracker Portal/ DCOM/ ATLAS.
