BIM Coordinator

A multi‑million pound turnover M&E contractor based in West Midlands is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their highly stable and reputable organisation.

Responsibilities

• Model, draw and coordinate mechanical and electrical designs to ensure projects can be constructed with little or no rework once the site team commences work.
• Ensure the latest models, drawings and designs from all other channels are used, notifying engineers and site teams of any changes to the models or drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficient BIM 360 user with added REVIT or CAD skills.
• Previous Revit MEP experience in construction/building services field.
• Background in M&E / Mechanical & Electrical Services / Building Services or HVAC preferred; experience in fit‑out/shop‑fitting or construction also acceptable.
• Ability to learn the M&E sector quickly and manage design to reduce rework.
