Job Description:

If you have a passion for helping children reach their full potential, this job is for you!

You will be working with a teenager with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour.

You will be part of a small team working in Norwich.

You will assist in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team. The focus first and foremost is on making the young man smile and enjoy his time with you!

What we can offer you:
  • Fully supported and paid training
  • Career progression opportunities to complete a variety of courses including Level 3 – Level 5 Positive Behaviour Support qualification
  • Weekly support from a Supervisor
  • Monthly support from a senior Behaviour Analyst
  • Six weekly individual supervisions focusing on well-being
  • Biannual team weekends away
  • This is not a care role, though personal care may be required; this role involves delivering therapeutic interventions for which you will be highly trained
  • Free supervision for those seeking BCABA/BCBA qualifications
