Overview

The Brand Ambassador is an integral part of the team providing world class customer service to every customer. They tailor each consultation to the customer, delivering a warm and enjoyable service and going above and beyond at every opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Provides world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
  • Builds customer relationships using CRM to ensure a tailored shopping experience.
  • Creates a warm and welcoming environment for all customers with a seamless journey from greeting to transaction.
  • Resolves customer queries in a timely and professional manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Supports and participates in events both internally and externally.
  • Meets personal goals and KPI targets.
  • Drives sales through the customer journey and delivers personal targets and KPI goals.
  • Promotes service, sales, loyalty, and appointments with customers.
Operational Excellence
  • Act as a positive, professional, and dynamic team member.
  • Maintain store standards and hygiene across all areas.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining brand visual merchandising.
Experience/Skills
  • Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
  • “Always on” approach when at work.
  • Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application skills for self and others.
  • Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is imperative.
