About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join the team at Kitch. The ideal candidate will be an all‑rounder who can deliver excellent service, work confidently on the coffee bar and contribute positively to the overall atmosphere of the café.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high quality coffees consistently, including strong latte art skills
• Dial in grinders daily and maintain coffee quality throughout service
• Deliver warm and attentive customer service at all times
• Support the team across all areas of the café including serving, clearing, cleaning and general upkeep
• Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain a calm, friendly manner
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Represent the Kitch brand with a positive and professional attitude

What we are looking for

• Previous barista experience with a good level of coffee knowledge
• Confident in creating latte art
• Ability to dial in and adjust grinders throughout the day
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service
