Who you’ll be supporting & More About the Role

Who will you be supporting?

  • We all have non‑verbal communication so you will need to spend time with us to see how we communicate with you
  • We are three gentlemen of various ages.
  • We require some assistance to mobilise.
  • We require full support with all of our personal care needs.
What is important to us?
  • We all have different personalities and enjoy different things, but we also enjoy living together and going out on activities together.
  • We enjoy going out in community for days out and like to go out for meals, cinema and shopping.
  • If we are spending time at home we enjoy listening to music and watching TV
  • We enjoy spending time with our families when they visit.
  • We require our staff team to be varied of personalities, but they all need to be caring and empathic
Other Important Information
  • We have at least 2 x staff on day shifts 08:00-20:00, we also have a third member of staff 3 times a week 10.00-16.00 (flexible for activities)
  • We have 1 x waking night 20:00-08:00
  • We need our staff to be flexible and we also need some staff to be able to drive as we like to go out and about in our car and one of us attends day centre 2 days a week that we need to be taken to.
