Empower FamilyGroup’s Outreach Service provides rapid, short‑to‑medium term emergency support for children, young people, adults, and families facing acute crisis. Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, our team responds to complex and evolving situations with compassion, skill, and urgency, because those in crisis can’t choose when they need help.

Requirements

• Competent Literacy and Numeracy
• Understanding of people’s rights
